Arbor Application

Any tree work requiring the use of a vendor—including tree removal, trimming, pruning, or other significant arbor work—requires prior approval through the Arbor Committee. In addition, an Arbor application is required for the removal of any living tree with a trunk diameter greater than 6 inches, even if vendor work is not otherwise involved. Homeowners must complete and submit the Arbor application, along with any required supporting documentation, to the management office for review. The Arbor Committee meets once per month on the last Tuesday of each month to review applications. Applications submitted after that deadline will be deferred to the following month’s meeting, which may delay project approval. To help avoid delays, homeowners are encouraged to submit applications as early as possible.
